We offer you a very special breakfast buffet, which you can otherwise only find in particularly good 5 star hotels. We are also known for the probably best breakfast buffet in our city. We would like to offer this to our hotel guests at a particularly low price in order to make your stay as much comfortable.

You can enjoy everything on offer including all breakfast drinks at a price of EUR 17.00. Our regular price for the breakfast buffet is EUR 24.09 on weekdays and EUR 31.90 - 34.90 on weekends and public holidays.

In order to be able to offer you our breakfast in this form, we depend on external breakfast guests, as otherwise we cannot cover our costs.

Therefore we ask for your understanding that we have to adhere to the breakfast time for hotel guests very precisely on weekends and public holidays (breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m.) and the tables are reserved to extern guests from 10 a.m.. Since our buffet is very extensive, we recommend a breakfast time of 1.5 to 2 hours.

Breakfast:

Our hotel guests pay from 6 - 11 years EUR 1.00 per year. From 12 years they pay the whole amount of breakfast.

For external breakfast guests, children from 3 - 5 years pay EUR 4.90. From 6 - 11 years childrens pay the half of the breakfast price.

The mystery of fair prices!

Fair prices are always based on the law of supply and demand and are therefore at times subject to large fluctuations, both from fair to fair and also from one day to the next within the same event. As a rule, room prices rise as the date approaches. The particular type of room makes little difference to the fair price. Regular visitors and early birds already have an advantage through the house discount we grant.

You can find out the current prices through our online booking function. If this does not show any rooms available, please send us a quick enquiry which we will process as fast as possible.

Discounts for early bookers

As an early booker you receive a 5% discount on the current daily price for the particular fair if you make a direct, binding booking at least 6 months before the event and pay the fair price with your booking.

Discounts for regular visitors

As a regular visitor you have already made a similar booking for a trade fair in our house in the last 2 years. If the booking is made directly under the same company or guest name up to 3 months before the fair begins, you will receive a 5% discount on the current daily price of the particular event. As an early bird and regular visitor, you will naturally receive a 10% discount on the above conditions.

In the summer months our garden terrace is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just rest between meals. This is located in our backyard between Villa Wegner 1 and Villa Wegner 2. In every room you will find soap on the sink and shampoo / shower gel in the shower. Dental care sets, shaving sets and bathing caps are available at reception for an extra fee of EUR 1.00 per set.

Our hotel provides two meetings rooms for up to 40 people as well as two meetings rooms for up to 10 people. Detailed information about our conference center you will find at our website or at the reception. We are pleased to advice you in detail.

A price list of our laundry and ironing services can be found at the reception as well as in the hotel folder. Your clothe will be returned within 1-2 days.

Per machine – EUR 9,00 (in larger quantities) At the reception you will receive laundry bags, on which you will be asked to note the washing temperature. The laundry is dried by machine after washing. Please sort your laundry according to colour and washing temperature, as we do not accept any liability for discoloration or temperature damage. For your dry cleaning, you will find all the information under dry cleaning.

Dry Cleaning

In your wardrobe are laundry bags for the laundry to be provided at the reception. Please fill in the list carefully and return it with the laundry at the reception. The prices you will find in our hotel folder.

If you leave your laundry at the reception on weekdays before 9:00 a. m., you will receive itback within the same day by 10:00 p.m.. On weekends and holidays on request. The hotel is not responsible for entry, discoloration or in case of lack of colourfastness of the clothes.

Change of Bed clothes

We change your bed clothes and towels twice a week. If you require additional cleaning, please contact us at the reception.

You can use a locker at the reception free of charge (depending on availability).

Luggage service

For an extra charge of EUR 5.00, we provide you to bring your luggage to your room or back to reception. Please note when making your reservation that you would like a luggage service.

Luggage storage

Of course, we can lock your luggage in our luggage room after you have checked out. Please contact our reception. We will also be happy to store your luggage for your arrival if no room is available yet.

A free regional daily newspaper (HAZ) is available at the Max´es Restaurant. A selection o free journals can be found in the lobby.

Non-Smoking rooms

Smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel and in every room for the benefit off all guests. If you will smoke in the hotel room, even at the open window, we charge EUR 150.00 for cleaning costs. You can reach our smoking area via the back entrance outdoor.
